James Quinn

James is a seasoned sales account manager with a background positioning software solutions to business problems. Driving revenue growth, he has secured and expanded client accounts across diverse sectors like Government, Insurance, Healthcare and Finance. A builder of strategic relationships, James is our Director of Partnerships collaborating with partners in Accountancy, Legal, Investment and Advisory to Retain and Grow their existing clients while positioning them in the market to successfully acquire new clients.
Neeraj Sharma

Neeraj drives our strategic partnerships in Victoria, leading projects from these growing collaborations. He specialises in defining and delivering strategy and transformation, performance improvement and business turnaround programs for mid-market clients.
Industry experience: Retail, Wholesale, Retail Property, Logistics, Automotive. Professional Services and Healthcare.
Corporate experience: Previous Partner at a corporate advisory firm, held senior management consulting leadership roles at PwC, IBM and KPMG, having started his consulting career at Deloitte.
Paul Stansfield

A sales professional turned independent management consultant, Paul delivers strategies, sales and marketing plans and improvement programs, as well as data management and predictive modelling engagements.

Gareth Gammon

A strategic business leader who has operated at C-Suite level as both a consultant and in-house, Gareth is responsible for driving the firm’s strategy across our Partner Program, client projects and our own network.

Andrew Sinclair

Andrew is an executive leader with over 25 years responsibility. He is commercially focused and works closely with stakeholders. He was worked across multiple industries from Fortune 500 to Start-Ups and has a broad depth of knowledge within M&A due diligence, exit readiness and post-merger integration along with sales and operation including supply chain and business transformation projects. Andrew Holds his CPA and MBA.
Michael Vincent

Michael draws on over 25 years’ experience in the private sector, including as a Chartered Accountant with a major International Accounting Firm, a senior M&A Director of a major Australian Bank and boutique Corporate Advisory firm, together with senior finance, investment and strategy roles with ASX listed companies.
He brings a unique perspective, and a deep understanding of the challenges business owners face when growing and transitioning their privately owned firm..
Craig Rosewarne

Highly experienced Marketing professional with 12+ years experience in Brand Management. I’ve managed some of Australia’s most iconic and trusted brands, including Vitasoy, Farmers Union Greek Yogurt, Yoplait, Pura Milk and Dairy Farmers. I’ve worked in both small and large businesses, ranging from $5m to multi billion dollar turnovers. I’m driven by using data, insights and creativity as a means to deliver exceptional products or campaigns with strong commercial outcomes. I’m just as happy “getting in the weeds” as setting the strategy or connecting with people. I believe Marketing is the engine room for growth for any business, so it’s important to have a solid plan.

Graeme Crawford

Graeme has over 25 years of business leadership with five globally renowned organisations working in both the Private and Public sectors. He began his career at Rolls Royce as an engine maintenance mechanic working his way up to the Group Executive Manager for the Australian Governments Aviation Group. Graeme now provides independent business consulting services around the globe to aviation organisations.

Clive Moore

Nicky Goldin

Chris Watt

Having been in the consulting industry for almost 20 years including extensive clinical experience, Chris has a proven record of obtaining results for clients across both health products, services, and devices. With proficiency in working with the Government Health Departments in both Queensland and New South Wales Health as well as not-for-profit foundations, the private sector and health tech start-ups, Chris has exposure to implementing programs, processes and techniques that can benefit entire organisations.
Khozaima Khairulla

Khozaima has a strong commercial background (with E&Y) and Global Multinationals. An astute number cruncher (presenting to CFOs, CEOs and BoDs on Financial and Commercial due diligences) with an eye for detail and picking up anomalies. His business acumen has been honed both in E&Y and Commercial Multinational Companies such as Canon, Asics, Makita and Hitachi. Elena’s expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, and distribution spans strategy, sales and marketing, business growth, and operations.
