We were recently engaged to assess the feasibility and benefits of a potential merger/joint venture between four companies that provide pumping solutions to the commercial and residential markets across Australia. Through the project, we identified and articulated the mutual benefits of a national approach and found critical synergies across markets, products, customers and operations.
