What’s your most significant business learning from the past year?
Organisations are struggling with the speed of change. Covid, social and technology (AI, IOT, Web3, Blockchain etc.). Companies are no longer just running one-off transformation programs; we are now in an era of continuous improvement. I am working with companies to help innovate, execute and adapt at speed, with Managers to understand how to align and engage teams to deliver organisational objectives, assisting teams to transition to an agile way of working; transparent, purposeful, iterative, reflective and customer-centric.

What’s the one thing SMEs need to know to thrive in 2023?
I see technology as a great leveller. The internet created the opportunity for SMEs to compete in the global marketplace with large organisations; AI will bring an even more incredible opportunity to automate backend operations. We are using AI to accelerate the rate of change; a coaching AI bot is getting people to think about change before it occurs.
