What’s one thing SMEs need to know to thrive this year?
Listen, be empathetic – Don’t have a “one fits all” approach. Your clients and customers are people before anything else, let’s treat them as such. The rest will naturally come.
What would the title of your autobiography be?
“The Challenge addict”. I love a challenge, love to challenge myself and other in order to get the best possible results, value and satisfaction in everything I do.
What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
Being outdoors: swimming, hiking/trekking or running
Playing with my 7 months old baby and my 1 year old dog!
Spending time with my partner setting our life goals, talking about our values and seeing how we track on our happiness list.
