What problems do you consistently solve for your clients?
I work with both our Partners and Clients. For our Partners, we are making sure we can complement their services with our services and help them to use our capabilities and capacity so they can expand the value and services they deliver to their clients. For our clients, I am focused on strategy and ensuring there is good alignment between the Board and management in regard to how goals are going to be achieved.
What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
I love a good road trip short or long and ideally to a place I haven’t being before. Although having a kid has altered my view a little bit!

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is…
Get started and Keep going. Both are handy when I am trying to find solutions to problems that inevitably take time and work to reveal themselves.
