What’s your most significant business learning from the past year?
Post-COVID-enforced lockdowns, clients are still finding the balance for hybrid working. For consultants, this has removed chiefly geographical boundaries for client engagements an,d at the same time,has increased competition for winning contracts, where we now compete with consultants from afar. For the client, this will have improved the quality of the consultant, which offsets the current labour shortage to some degree.
What’s the one thing SMEs need to know to thrive in 2023?
With uncertain global and domestic economic factors, we may enter another cycle of limited discretionary projects and spending. Core projects will be critical for clients, especially those that deliver an overall saving to the bottom line and a short ROI.
