Top 3 Tips

Clients that propose to develop a 5-year strategy should:

  1. Invest in an independent assessment of the current strategy, operations, and financial performance. This clearly identifies business challenges and improvement opportunities.
  2. Actively engage the owners and management in a pragmatic strategy development process.
  3. Clearly define what success would look like in 3-5 years and how to get there.
